Fame-Us didn't start as a restaurant. It started at a Sunday dinner table — where the food was always loud, the music was always on, and everyone who walked through the door was family.
Those recipes traveled from the Caribbean to Nashville, passed down through generations and adapted with the boldness that this city demands. Every dish on our menu carries that history — the same jerk rub, the same slow braise, the same insistence that good food takes time.
We opened our doors on John A. Merritt Blvd so that anyone in East Nashville could sit down to a meal that tastes like home, even if home is somewhere else. That's the Fame-Us promise: real Caribbean soul food, cooked with intention, served with warmth.
